We were very pleased to offer our Interior Design services to our clients at their Residential apartment in Benahavis. Our aim with this project was to modernise and brighten a space that lacked natural light. The apartment is located on a ground floor with windows on one side. During the day the amount of natural light that entered is limited. The original lighting was a pendant light in each room which left the spaces always feeling a little dull. Our solution to this was controllable layered lighting. We constructed perimeter bulkheads in the lounge/dining area and bedrooms. Down lights were placed in the bulkheads . We also installed dimmable LED strips in the tops of the bulkheads . We achieved a third layer of lighting using task lighting. We included a dramatic feature light in the dining area to give a ´`Wow´ factor , individuality and interest to the project. The decoration, furniture and accessories were all chosen by the Pulse team and once all came together we were extremely pleased with the transformation to a bright airy spacious apartment.
