Niki is an experienced and proven sales professional with over 20 years’ experience in B2B customer facing sales roles. Beginning her career in hospitality Niki worked as a Hotel Receptionist before progressing into Event Sales, selling and organising large scale corporate events for a New Build Hilton Conference Centre Hotel in the midlands UK. After moving into Corporate Sales, communications and logistics for a period of time, Niki started a role in PR & Business Development for the Head Office of a well-respected Conference & Training Centre Group. Working on developing new business and sales strategies and unique innovations. Moving into a regional proactive sales role Niki began working for Macdonald Results as Cluster Sales Manager. During this period she was involved in the refurbishment, expansion, pre sales and launch of a £3m conference centre successfully achieving return on investment.

Niki then worked for 5 years as a National Account Manager for Macdonald Hotels managing the Conference Agency portfolio. Before moving to Spain in 2015 Niki spent 5 years working at the prestigious landmark Hotel The Grand Hotel Brighton as Director of Sales. Since moving to Niki has worked in Business Development and Sales for numbers clients along the coast.
